While looking for a job, I wanted to work in the toy industry which led me to finding out about X PLUS.

A company that works not only in toys but also in a variety of other products such as fashion and lifestyle products, and digital content is something you don't see every day which seemed really interesting to me so I decided this was where I wanted to be.

It's common to see three or four people working together on one project here at X PLUS.

Through digitalization, anyone can optimize their workflow, standardize, create a new business and propose new project ideas.

It has only been a few months since graduating and joining X PLUS but there was a team working on migrating our internal groupware system to a new system so I asked to be part of that team. We're finding solutions to problems using technology so that we can work more efficiently and conveniently.

We talk together about how we should solve a problem and formulate a plan and, for one particular project, I ended up being responsible for creating the materials and explaining how moving to the new system would happen in an company-wide information session so that everyone could smoothly change over to the new system.

It was a wonderful feeling after starting up the new groupware system, seeing how my work helped others and having them come to me and telling me that it was easier to use.

Also, by being a part of this project, I was able to get some great some experience by working more closely with my seniors.

You'll frequently see new projects getting started here at X PLUS and I'm hoping to take on my own projects and achieve even more in the future!

You'll often find yourself working with others from another industry which can be exciting.

We're free to choose where we want to sit which creates chances to sit with members from other departments and getting close to those in your own department is easy.

Many of the teams leading projects here at X PLUS are made up of members from various departments so it's a great chance to learn something you might not otherwise!
