SDGs
X PLUS's Primary Focus
There are many issues that the world is facing, and X PLUS is determined to take these issues head on.
That is why we have chosen several major issues that we here at X PLUS feel we must work to help solve.
We are working on a variety of projects and regularly holding in-house seminars in order to explore ways on how to tackle these major issues together.
Compliance, Corporate Philosophy
The Credo of X PLUS acts as a guiding principle and helps each employee of X PLUS make decisions that would allow them to act in line with X PLUS's corporate philosophy as well as ethically. All employees attend regular research seminars where they have an opportunity to discuss and reflect how they are growing as a member of X PLUS with the credo in mind.
Our growth and drive come from our passion, expertise, and philosophy and we continue to ask ourselves in important question:
"How can we turn our passion into our job?"
Just twenty years ago, one single employee wished to turn his love of figurines into a business of bringing figurines to others. Since then, several individuals with the same passion and ambition have come together at X PLUS and have grown this business to become one of X PLUS's main pillars.
EFFORTS
How X PLUS is working towards a brighter future
Creating a comfortable work environment
Our multinational work force representing seven different countries plays an active role in promoting a culture that values principles such as gender quality, allowing for an environment where individuals have more job opportunities and chances to freely share their passions and demonstrate their abilities.
Employees are provided with options to work in a way that fits their circumstances such as taking paternal leave or even shortened work hours.
We offer various ways to work with us based on the circumstances of every individual, whether its teleworking or taking advantage of flextime, we're aiming to create an environment that allows our employees to look forward to a brighter future.
Together with the aim of encouraging employees to proactively choose a work style that works best for them, X PLUS has adopted a "free desk" system for thirty years that encourages employees to sit where they feel they can work and communicate most effectively.
We've been able to automate tasks such as the collection of large amounts of data through the adoption of RPA technology. This allows us to leave the simple, repetitive tasks to software-based robots so that we can reduce overtime, work on more creative projects, and increase production.

Certifications
A standard for creating products from organic fibers in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.
This is a seal that lets you know that the fibers are organic, all processes that the fiber was involved in, from the harvesting to the processing, production and distribution were performed in an environmentally and socially conscientious manner and that they are managed so that they do not contain any sort of contaminants and are not mixed with general products.
An internationally recognized product standard that establishes third-party (certification body) certification requirements for processing and distribution process management, social and environmental practices and chemical substance regulations.
It is a product standard intended to meet the needs of companies seeking to certify the recycled content (both finished and unfinished) of products and to certify that chemical material is managed in an environmentally and socially responsible manner during the production phase.
Reducing Waste
Excessive plastic and paper waste is becoming a global issue.
With the aim of helping solve this issue, we're trying to do our part and exploring new strategies such as reducing the amount of packaging used for our products.
By using 3D printers and state-of-the-art design software, we have been able to reduce the number of times samples for our products need to be made.
Additionally, through the quick adoption of web conferencing systems, we have been able to the reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing the need to travel.
