I was interested in Japan and was a big fan of "tokusatsu" movies and anime so it kind of became my dream to sculpt figurines and ended up coming to Japan for university.

After graduating, I started my career as an artist and eventually found myself at X PLUS. During my first visit at X PLUS, my first thought was "Wow, this seems like a nice place to work."

This actually hasn't changed even after I starting my job here and, while although there are challenges, I enjoy every moment of it.

Also, several of my colleagues are from other countries as well which somewhow makes it a more open and lively atmosphere since it's a mix of different cultures.

I head the art production in the game development team, working on the creation of things like character designs and animations for our games.

The atmosphere in our team makes it easy to ask others even if you come across something you don't know and also allows everyone to present their new ideas and try new things.

Being able to completely dive in to my work is definitely one of the great things about working here.

The work culture you'll find in X PLUS really encourages you to try new things so I would love to continue getting chances to make original products and content never seen before and bring that to new customers.

That's how X PLUS's toy business got started here and, in the future, I'd very much like to see the products I work on find their way to those all over the world.

A lot of my colleagues here were born and raised in different environments and also have skills completely different from mine.

We are working on a project together so I think it's a great place if you want to utilize your past experiences and want to have the chance to work side-by-side with others from different fields.
